Waikowhai intermediate

Hi my name is Sema the year 6 want to waikowhai intermediate. We went to the hall the teacher called out names and they have to stand up. They put us in groups and we have to go to the classrooms. My classroom was room 15. My teacher is name is Mr Swan he is funny and cool. we had a lot of fun and we didn't get to play. After that we want back to school. 

Wonder Project

This week we did Wonder Project, and our ambassador Sihang came in to school to help us with our rockets. We even had a test flight!
It was crazy and it went every where because there was way too much water and the wind was way too fast. 

4 people who had to wear hi-vis vests and they were given roles and glasses for safety and One was a scientist, one was a safety officer, one was an engineer and the last one was the team captain. 

The 4 people were Jonathan, Ruta, Maddison and Martin. They did a really good job.

Tongan Language Week

This week it was Tongan language week, and today me and my friends who are Tongan came dressed to school in our Tongan clothes.
We watch some videos about Tonga and the class asked us questions about what we are wearing, how many islands there are and who is the king. We also did some Tongan art, taught some kids how to speak Tongan and in the Tongan language week quiz, I came 3rd place.
I had a really fun day today. I'm proud to be Tongan.

Waikowhai Intermediate School Visit

Last week we went to visit Waikowhai intermediate School. It was so cool because we went on the bus.

We got to the school and the Principal was explaining what its like to be at this school.
It made me excited to go there.

We got to play for a little bit but then the bell rang and we had to go to the hall. We then explored the whole entire school. We went from room to room. They even had a building room that you can build anything.
